Jennifer Simko Hamilton has over 25 years of legal experience and was a former Assistant District Attorney with the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office, trying a multitude of criminal cases before both judges and juries.
Jennifer Simko Hamilton relocated to Parker County and opened her own law practice in 2005, handling all types of family law matters. Jennifer received her certification as a family law mediator and has assisted individuals in resolving contested family law matters outside of the courtroom. Jennifer also received her certification in collaborative law and has successfully guided clients through contested divorce and other family law disputes by using the collaborative law process.
Jennifer Simko Hamilton graduated from Texas A&M University in 1986 and received her law degree from St. Mary’s University in 1989.
